摘要: Despite established international guidelines, there is considerable variability in the quality of resuscitative care received by critically ill children low-middle-income countries. While this problem certainly multifactorial, education health workers an important determinant quality. This article will discuss approaches to worker pediatric resuscitation countries, with emphasis on aspects educational programs that may contribute positive and clinical outcomes.
