摘要: A compact plasma separator comprises a casing provided with blood introduction opening, withdrawal opening and at least one for withdrawal. bundle of porous hollow fibers is disposed in the fluid-tightly connected end portions thereof to opening. The have an average effective length not greater than 200 mm membrane surface area 0.3 m 2 , (L mm) satisfies following relationship: L/D.sup.2 (mm.sup.-1)≧2000 which D represents inner diameter fibers. can easily be constructed into apparatus practically employed separating from whole blood. With this apparatus, separation performed high collection rate, without danger hemolysis time separating, coagulation clogging.
