摘要: Adenomyosis is a benign invasion of endometrium into the myometrium that results in diffusely enlarged uterus microscopically exhibits ectopic non-neoplastic endometrial glands and stroma surrounded by hypertrophic hyperplastic myometrium. This disease has either focal or diffuse distribution uterine wall. Between 60 80 % women with adenomyosis have coexisting pelvic localisations disease. may occur alone, but more frequently accompanied fibroids up to 55 cases.
