摘要: We consider a voltage-biased Josephson junction between two nanowires hosting Majorana zero modes which occur as topological protected zero-energy excitations at the junction. show that fermions localized junction, despite being neutral particles, interact with electromagnetic field and generate coherent radiation similar to conventional radiation. Within semiclassical analysis of field, we find phase gets locked superconducting difference is emitted half frequency. In order confirm coherence radiation, study correlations by spatially separated junctions in dc-SQUID geometry taking into account decoherence due spontaneous state-switches well quasi-particle poisoning.
