Evidence of Magneto-Dielectric Coupling at Room Temperature in Polycrystalline KBiFe2O5

摘要: The phase pure polycrystalline KBiFe2O5with space group P2/c is synthesized following solid state reaction route. temperature dependentreal and imaginary part of dielectric constant studied over wide (280 K to 850 K) frequency range (100 Hz ≤ f 1 MHz). Two distinct anomaliesat around 390 K 750K observedin both real (e) an (tanδ) which can be attributed Maxwell-Wagner effect. Our DC susceptibility measurement up room does not show any transition even upto temperature, giving indication that its above temperature. This aspect further confirmed from M-H hysteresis loop shows a weak ferromagnetic at evidence magnetodielectric (MD) coupling confirmedfrom magnetic field dependent in the form inverted butterfly shaped e-H loop.The loop.
