摘要: PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship smartphone use time, sitting and fitness level in university students. METHODS: participants were 237 healthy university students (157 males 80 females) enrolled from 2017 2018. time divided into three groups: 0-4, ≥4-10, ≥10 hours, as time: 4-7, ≥7 hours. Binary logistic regression used calculate odd ratio (OR) 95% confidence interval (CI) for having low levels fitness. RESULTS: There linear decreases physical across incremental time. Compared 0-4 hours (reference), ≥4-10 (OR=2.498; CI=1.007-6.197; p=.048) or 10≥group (OR=3.516; CI=1.228-10.064; p=.019) had significantly higher ORs lower even after adjustments age, sex, activity percent body fat. Likewise, analyses showed that those who (OR=3.135; CI=1.155-8.512; p=.025) activity, fat, compared with 0-<4 hours. CONCLUSIONS: current finding suggest using associated risk students.
