摘要: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common types cancer worldwide. There are many factors in etiology HCC such as hepatitis B virus (HBV), C (HCV), alcohol, obesity, smoking and aflatoxin. Many assumed to be associated with ABO blood group Rhesus factor (RH). In this study we aimed evaluate relationship between tumor characteristics overall survival (OS), RH patients HCC. A total 507 chronic liver disease (252 255 without HCC) were included study. All demographic, clinic laboratory (biochemical parameters type) features collected retrospectively. The mean age was 54.50 ± 9.30. no significant difference both groups two groups. We found that vascular invasion rate higher multicentric localization significantly higer positive but there OS addition, less AB group. Blood can used predict prognosis cirrhotic
