摘要: Carbon quantum dots (CQDs) were prepared by electrochemical ablation of graphite rods in a mixture water and ionic liquid as electrolyte. Size-controlled CQDs achieved changing the voltages applied to electrodes forming mechanism is also discussed this paper. Monodisperse spherical with sizes 2.9, 4.4 6.6 nm obtained at 9, 15 30 V, respectively. The aqueous solution exhibited dependence excitation-wavelength on size photoluminescence spectra, these phenomenona might be caused surface energy traps from passivation liquid. UV-vis absorption spectra similar shape different intensities may change size.
