摘要: This paper presents a new class of very compact pseudoelliptic dual-mode filters. The basic idea consists using pair resonant TM mn0 modes, while nonresonating modes are exploited so as to produce direct coupling between the input and output cavity. In this way, single cavity can provide two reflection transmission zeros, thus leading Nth order filters having N zeros. addition, proposed configuration yields geometrically simple structures that be properly analyzed by fullwave mode-matching technique, dramatically easing design procedure. analysis technique has been validated comparison with commercial EM tools measurement manufactured prototype. Several filter examples showing flexibility class.
