摘要: L’addiction medicamenteuse represente un enjeu majeur de sante publique rapidement evolutif et cette evolution est d’autant plus marquee en France que notre pays reste parmi les forts consommateurs medicaments Europe, notamment psychotropes. En France, il existe dispositif specifique surveillance des cas d’abus dependance lies a la prise toute substance ayant effet psychoactif, dont medicaments, constituant le systeme national d’addictovigilance. L’addictovigilance se traduit principalement par l’evaluation du potentiel d’un medicament ses risques pour grâce systemes recueil adaptes (socle base constitue notification spontanee professionnels outils specifiques assurer une approche complementaire) l’encadrement conditions d’utilisation psychoactifs. Ce n’existe aux echanges bilateraux avec terrain.
