摘要: A retrospective analysis was performed to review 20 patients with left renal vein (LRV) entrapment syndrome. All cases were diagnosed based on ultrasonography, magnetic resonance angiography, and venography. Technical success achieved in all patients. Transposition of superior mesenteric artery three cases, transposition LRV two, stent implantation the 15. Stent migration occurred one case, reimplantation performed. One case suffered from hematoma after artery, reoperation Follow-up made 6 months years operation. Abnormalities not found urine test 18 their symptoms disappeared. Two still had microscopic hematuria exercise. surgical operations are effective for nutcracker syndrome except excessive invasiveness. may be mainstream therapies because its minimal
