摘要: The zooplankton populations in southeastern Lake Michigan underwent striking, sizerelated changes between 1954 and 1966. Forms that declined sharply were the largest cladocerans ( Leptodoru kindtii, Daphnia galeata, D. retrocurva), Calanoid copepods (Limnocalunus macrurus, Epischura lacustris, Diaptomus sics there was a massive dieoff spring 1967, abundance remained relatively low 1968. composition of 1968 generally had shifted back toward 1954, although gnleuta M. edux rare. average size, stie at onset maturity, retrocurvu decreased noticeably 1966 but increased
