摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses that free ribonucleoprotein particles containing nonribosomal, were discovered in the cytoplasm of animal cells; they called informosomes. It reviews analogous informosome type have been found cytoplasm, polyribosomes, and nuclei higher plants. Thus, it has established mRNA at all stages its lifetime eukaryotic cells is present form complexes, consequently, always bound to certain proteins. very likely these particles, different their cellular localization, differ also protein composition functional specialization. Their common feature contain either or precursor. Since discovery informosomes other type, many experimental done investigated moiety particles. The most recent data on particular components, are surveyed.
