摘要: Osteoarthritis (OA) refers to a chronic joint disease characterized by degenerative changes of articular cartilage and secondary bone hyperplasia. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have turned into most extensively explored new therapeutic drugs cell-based result their ability differentiate immunomodulatory properties. In this study, preliminary results preclinical (OA animal model)/clinical trials regarding effects MSCs on repair knee joints are briefly summarized, lay solid application basis for more deeper studies treatment.
