A new environmentally friendly bioadhesive mainly modified by propanetriol

摘要: AbstractIn this paper, a series of new environmentally friendly bioadhesives with improved bonding strength were quickly synthesized via urea, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and propanetriol are mixed soy isolate protein. The results showed that the modified adhesives was changed increasing content propanetriol. maximum dry shear plywood bonded resultant adhesive increased to 2.45 MPa when 20 ml. While wet arrived 1.32 MPa, which is acceptable for industrial application in fabrication according national standards People’s Republic China (≥0.7 MPa).
