摘要: Although the incidence of postoperative infections is controversial, approximately 30 percent hospitalized surgical patients develop accounting for almost 70 nosocomial infections. Thus, antibiotic therapy including antibacterials, antivirals, antifungals an essential consideration. For effective therapy, several factors must be determined patient evaluation, selection (empiric vs. specific prophylaxis) and monitoring while on therapy.
