Effect of autoclaving diets use for growing rats: digestibility and performance

摘要: Experiments were carried out to evaluate the use of autoclaving diets for growing rats. To performance, rats born from females receiving or not during gestation distributed in a randomized experimental design, with two treatments and one-animal unit. The diet used female did influence weight either at birth weaning period. As digestibility performance assays, both kinds (with without gestation) 2x2 factorial outline (normal until versus normal after weaning). There was reduction digestive gross energy worsening alimentary conversion period up 42 days. protein solubility KOH test is good indicative diet's nutritional quality loss.
