摘要: Varicocelectomy is usually considered a simple urologic operation. However, it most frequently difficult to visualize and identify the 0.5 mm internal spermatic artery tiny lymphatic channels when cutting ligating veins. The can be damaged easily, cut, or ligated during this procedure. This occurs surprisingly more often than realized by surgeon. By introducing optical magnification operating microscope at time veins are identified, surgeon easily find dissect off adherent lymphatics with some microsurgical instruments, thereby preserve these vessels rather cut damage them inadvertently. sterile Doppler probe also utilized help confirm location of if not found in cord.
