摘要: The synthesis of transition metal oxynitrides is complicated by extreme reaction conditions such as high temperatures and/or pressures. Here, we show an unprecedented solution-based narrowly dispersed titanium oxynitride nanoparticles cubic shape and average size 65 nm. Their performed using tetrafluoride lithium nitride precursors alongside trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO) cetrimonium bromide (CTAB) stabilizers at low 250 °C. obtained are characterized in terms their optical properties, well crystalline rock-salt structure, confirmed XRD HRTEM analysis. We also determine the composition nitrogen content synthesized particles XPS EELS. Finally, investigate applicability our compounding them into carbon fiber electrodes to showcase energy storage devices. Electrodes with exhibit increased capacity compared pure material.
