摘要: The deterioration behavior of Al 2 O 3 /Al-alloy interlayer bonding interfaces when immersed in molten Na were investigated. Two cylinders bonded a vacuum facility using an alloy interlayer, at temperature and compression 590°C 10MPa, respectively. After simple immersion or thermal cycling while air, four-point bending tests executed. cracks on the results showed that had penetrated into specimens underwent immersion, /Al interface seemed to be more susceptible damage than themselves. Bending strength declined remarkably after immersed. On other hand, it scarcely during air. Striations observed fracture surface enabled us measure crack growth rate while-immersed cycling, stresses found promote propagations cracks. observation by transmission electron microscope (TEM) analysis energy dispersive X-ray analyzer (EDX) indicated certain kinds impurities concentrated near interface. It seems likely some these weakened bonds others dissolved easily sodium, so we believe concentrations one causes deterioration.
