摘要: An experiment was carried out to study the colonization of soil microorganisms on cotton roots buried in soil.Fusarium culmorum, F. solani, oxysporum, Macrophomina phaseoli andBacillus sp. were found be predominant colonizers followed byBotryodiplodia theobromae, Fusarium acuminatum, Aspergillus niger, A. flavus, Stachybotrys atra, Tilachlidium humicola andRhizopus The practice leaving would therefore add building up inoculum potential inhabiting fungi several which are serious root pathogens.
