摘要: Abstract A theory is developed for the time variation of work function during growth thin epitaxial films. The polylayer crystals and films Helmholtz equation are used to obtain expressions dependence change Δφ on t in case homoepitaxial metallic oscillation a single monolayer analyzed detail. It estimated that maximum value may reach 1–100 meV depending conditions.
