摘要: The rheology of the liquid crystal lamellar phase has been studied in a wide range systems including non-ionic, anionic and cationic surfactants block co-polymers. This review summarises main advances this area over past twenty years includes examples rheo-optical techniques, which help to elucidate changes microstructural conformation taking place during shear. Particular emphasis is given change from sheet-like bilayers dispersed multilamellar vesicles (droplets). Examples transition are provided for both surfactant co-polymer systems. highlights similarities rheological signatures different also variation behaviour at concentrations on addition salt.
