摘要: Auxin is transported through plant tissues, moving from cell to in a unique polar manner. Polar auxin transport controls important growth and developmental processes higher plants. Recent studies have identified several proteins that mediate shown some of these are asymmetrically localized, paving the way for mechanisms regulate transport. New data indicate reversible protein phosphorylation can control amount transport, whereas secretion Golgi-derived vesicles interactions with actin cytoskeleton might localization efflux complexes.
