摘要: The synthesis of halo- and dihalovinyl-β-lactams by a halodecarboxylation reaction has been developed. Optimized procedures gave good yields dibromo-, iodo- diiodovinyl derivatives. unprecedented dihalo compounds Hunsdieker was investigated in detail 1H NMR analysis, which allowed the formulation mechanism revealed role triethylamine as deiodinating agent. dibromo- diiodoalkylidene-β-lactams obtained were tested cross-coupling with dimethylzinc.
