摘要: Single chamber MFC (SMFC) consisted of two separator-electrode assemblies (SEA) using low-pH distillery wastewater (DW) was operated under continuous mode. The electricity generation and microbial community were analyzed according to the external resistance (Rext; 0.1, 0.5, 1, 5 kΩ). SEAs exhibited different generations, despite sharing same anodic chamber. SMFC showed largest maximum power density (PDmax) 3.7 W/m(3) (SEA 1) 12.9 2) at kΩ. These results demonstrated that could be sufficiently used as fuels for generation. Pyrosequencing analysis communities phylum level significantly Rext. SEA 1 slightly from those 2. In both SEAs, Firmicutes (>45%) most dominant 0.1 kΩ, while (>34%) Caldiserica sp. might contribute high-Rext.
