摘要: In the present era of global competition, organizations are trying to improve effectiveness whole chain involved from raw material delivery final product consumer. this regard, supply management plays a crucial role. Uncertainty and variation in customers’ demand call for flexible chains. Supply flexibility gives an idea interorganizational relationships. many industries, is becoming more important concept gaining competitive advantages. By design use strategic networks, significant improvements can be achieved overall chain. Without analyzing adequately, it difficult manage organize flow information necessary coordination This chapter aims find main factors development structural framework by using interpretive modeling (ISM) approach. Further, ISM model used suggest evaluating index The application explained with help case example. approach will highly useful map their parameters taking corrective measures.
