摘要: Abstract The fluorescent probes acridine orange and oxonol-V were used as indicators of pH gradients (ΔpH) membrane potential differences (ΔΨ), respectively, in vesicles believed to be derived from the tonoplast Beta vulgaris L. Low concentrations nitrate (1-5 mM) caused a partial dissipation both ΔpH ΔΨ at vesicle transport sites distinct H+-ATPase. In contrast, chloride dissipated only ΔΨ. A model is proposed which enter plant cell vacuole response generated by Nitrate but not may then retrieved for metabolic use operation nitrate/proton symport tonoplast.
