摘要: Abstract A molecular study for the detection of Ehrlichia canis was carried out on tissues obtained at necropsy from randomly selected dogs with intention investigating naturally-occurring canine ehrlichiosis. The evaluated presence E. included lymph nodes, spleen, liver, bone marrow, and blood. Eight 18 were found to be positive by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) sequencing 16S rRNA gene. Two Anaplasma platys which one dog co-infected A. platys. Blood (5/8) nodes yield highest number PCR results 7/8 in blood or node. DNA could amplified when tissue samples 72 h after time death.
