摘要: The neuropeptide oxytocin has a wide spectrum of physiological actions, including important autonomic effects in both genders, endocrine on pituitary hormones, and behavioral effects. Regarding the latter, contributes directly indirectly to neurobiological mechanisms mating behavior by female, attendant elevation sexual motivation (reviewed Pfaff, MIT Press, 1999). Relying heavily this reference voluminous recent literature molecular biology oxytocin, its receptor we review some aspects contributions reproductive (Section I), hormonal controls over genes for II), signal transduction subsequent binding, as subserved G-proteins III).
