摘要: Three monosaccharide anhydrides (MAs: levoglucosan, mannosan, and galactosan) sugar alcohols (arabitol mannitol) are widely used as organic tracers for source identification of aerosols emitted from biomass burning fungal spores, respectively. In the past, these two types tracer have been measured separately or conjointly using different analytical techniques, with which a number disadvantages experienced during application to environmental aerosol samples, including solvent involved extraction, time-consuming derivatization, poor separation efficiency due overlapping peaks, etc. Hence, in this study more environment-friendly, effective integrated extraction method has developed simultaneous determination above mentioned same sample ultrasonication high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). The assisted process ultrapure water can achieve satisfactory recoveries range 100.3 ± 1.3% 108.4 1.6% tracers. All parameters related LC MS/MS optimized ensure good pronounced intensity each compound. A series rigorous validation steps conducted. This newly HPLC-MS/MS successfully applied samples pollution levels measurement five spores.
