摘要: The effect of reserpine, chlorpromazine and related compounds on the uptake catecholamines by adrenal medullary granules from cow has been studied in vitro. Both types drugs were found to be competitive inhibitors adrenaline granules. Thus they compete with for same groups mechanism catecholamines. Tryptamine was also accumulate but not as used 5-hydroxytryptamine, Mg2+, ATP reserpine did have any influence uptake. Km-values 5-hydroxytryptamine 8 × 10-4 1.1 10-4, respectively.
