Facial reanimation should be tailored for each individual patient so on reconstructed side are similar to side. Aim aim this study is produce quantitative analysis smiles, as basis smile and compare our subject's smiles classification suggested by Rubin. Method 71 volunteers were analysed using three-dimensional (3D) stereophotogrammetry x , y z vectors. Each subject had distances angles 10 surface landmarks (cheilion left right (LR labiale superius: 8.2mm at 31°; upper mid-lateral lip: 10.5mm 25°; inferius: 5.3mm −56°; lower 7.8mm 41° nasolabial fold: 12.6mm 33°. Our population results subtypes – corner-of-the-mouth 77%, canine 15% full-denture 8%. Conclusion offers simple method measuring assess outcome surgery between different surgical procedures units. Proportions group with corner-of-the-mouth, consistent Rubin's study.
