Hepatoma in children--a clinical analysis on 15 cases.

摘要: In ten boys and five girls with hepatoma, evaluations were made as to the sex, age, pathologic findings, operation prognoses. Ages at time of ranged from 1 month 12 years. twelve, tumors successfully removed; 4 underwent left lateral segmentectomy, right hepatic lobectomy trisegmentectomy. At least completion this paper, eight these patients (66%) alive including one patient pulmonary metastases. Thirteen had hepatomas massive type 2 nodular type. Histologic was hepatoblastoma in 14 cases hepatocarcinoma (liver cell carcinoma) one. These hepatoblastomas included 10 fetal embryonal metastases detected after hepatectomy. Four 5 surgery; girl is no sign recurrence for over 8 years surgery on both lungs. Histological examination lesions disclosed an type, such not related histological types lesions.
