摘要: A new controller, especially suited for phase‐locked loops, is discussed. The composed of RC‐circuit electronics, has a gain with slope −30 dB/decade over wide bandwidth. It shown that in certain systems the present controller (PI3/2 controller) provides much higher feedback than an ordinary proportional‐integrator (PI controller). As applications, superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) and electrically adjustable point contact used surface microscopy or spectroscopy are discussed some detail. operation piezo‐driven was studied experimentally.
