摘要: Recent advances in the management of heart transplant recipients have resulted improved survival, particularly early post-transplant period. Although graft rejection, infection, malignancy, and allograft vasculopathy remain important challenges to long-term recipients, active research these fields continues advance our understanding improve outcomes. This review will provide an overview modern transplantation, summarize current best practices for describe recent field areas research.
