This study examines impact on performance firm. The Board attributes, Audit committee attributes and Ownership was check Return Equity Assets Firms. data related for Six years from 2009 2011 9 commercial banks financial service companies, listed Karachi Stock Exchange based convenience sampling. were total 108 panel observations.
