摘要: Aquaculture plays a vital role as an alternative source of income for coastal fishery communities it contribute in reducing the pressure on marine natural resources and recently is considered important sector supporting rural economic development. It expected to show growth Egypt, success individual operations will depend successful application variety multidisciplinary activities. Economic viability must be linked better marketing strategies food safety, transparency, traceability, quality, sustainability issues are at forefront Egyptian concerns actions. Technical improvements continue improve cost efficiency stimulate further species diversification time when fisheries production stagnant certain sectors decline. Simplified legislations licensing procedures have been called continued well coherent policies research development essential. WE focus this paper challenges facing mariculture Egypt requested approaches treat these industry.
