摘要: Abstract This chapter provides an overview of experimental and instrumentation developed in the author's lab to take full advantage multidimensional nature line narrowing spectroscopy at liquid nitrogen (77 K) helium (4.2 K) temperatures. The inconvenience sample freezing procedures was eliminated with aid cryogenic fiber optic probes. Rapid collection excitation-modulated wavelength time matrices (EMWTMs) time-resolved excitation–emission cubes (TREECs)—in both fluorescence phosphorescence domains—is made possible combination a pulsed tunable dye laser, spectrograph intensifier-charged coupled device. 4.2 K EMWTMs TREECs provide unique opportunities for processing vibrational luminescence data second-order multivariate calibration algorithms.
