摘要: This study report clinical course, etiology, management, and long-term outcome of children who developed toxic epidermal necrolysis-like reaction (TEN-LR) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). We retrospectively collected with TEN-LR occurring allo-HSCT performed in 2 pediatric bone marrow units between 2005 2014. identified 6 cases 322 patients (1.8%). Possible triggers TEN included antibiotics, antiepileptics, antimycotics, Mycoplasma infection. In 3 occurred concurrently severe multiorgan acute graft versus host disease. The management administration high doses intravenous immunoglobulins steroids (n=6), anti-tumor necrosis factor (n=3), plasmapheresis (n=3) whenever possible, discontinuation the potentially causative drugs. Four (66%) reached a complete response median 11.2 days. Two (34%) are presently alive, 1 ocular sequelae. is lethal complication that may occur HSCT also patients. our experience, disease probably coexisted an overlap forms suggested. multidisciplinary approaches involving specialized nurses, hematologists, dermatologists, burn surgeons, infectious specialists crucial to treat these
