摘要: Most of the connections in steel structures are designed as semi-rigid mainly because technological reasons. On other hand such allow structural response to be controlled [1]. Structures with deserve special attention since global flexibility may considerably increased. The behaviour limits should determined using advanced methods for analysis and design. problem making performance more predictable becomes a subject intensive research work during last decade [2], [3].
