摘要: Limited genetic information is available concerning the polymorphisms of HIV-1 resistant genes in indigenous Chinese populations. The aim this study to identify allelic frequencies chemokine and receptor mainland. Genomic DNA samples extracted from whole blood 2318 subjects were analyzed by using PCR or PCR/restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) assays, further confirmed direct sequencing. Higher mutant CCR2-64I (19.15%–28.79%) SDF1-3’A (19.10% – 29.86%) alleles found 8 ethnic groups In contrast, Δ 32 mutation CCR5 gene occurs at a very low frequency (0.0016, n=1287) Han population. A relatively high CCR5-wt/Δ32 heterozygotes was observed Uygurian Mongolian No Δ32 allele detected Tibetan other 4 Yunnan Province. There no CCR5-m303 any group Our results suggest that CCR5- not major factor against infection disease progression Han, Whether higher CCR2-641 SDF1-3 ’A constitute factors remains be clarified.
