摘要: Desmoplastic malignant melanoma (DMM) consists of amelanotic spindle-shaped cells and is accompanied by desmoplasia with fibrous stromata. It has a strong tendency for local infiltrative growth recurrence propensity neurotropism. not yet known which cytokine responsible the in DMM. In present study, we investigated roles several fibrogenic cytokines receptors DMM: basic fibroblast factor (bFGF), connective tissue (CTGF), transforming factor-beta, platelet-derived (PDGF) PDGF receptors.
