摘要: In some forensic autopsies blood is not available, and other matrices are sampled for toxicological analysis. The aims of the present study were to examine whether heroin metabolites can be detected in different post-mortem matrices, investigate analyses give useful information about concentrations peripheral blood. Effects ethanol on metabolism distribution also investigated. We included 45 where morphine was blood, concomitantly with 6-acetylmorphine (6-AM) any matrix. Samples collected from cardiac pericardial fluid, psoas muscle, lateral vastus vitreous humor urine. Opioid analysis 6-AM, morphine, codeine, glucuronides. 6-AM most often urine (n = 39) 38). median concentration ratio relative 1.3 (range 0-3.6) 1.4 0.07-5.3) 1.2 0-19.2) 1.1 0-1.7) muscle 0.4 0.2-3.2) humor. number positive cases significantly higher (P 0.03) group 6; 86%) compared negative 14; 37%) between group. This shows that several could heroin-related deaths. Urine superior detection while assessed or muscle.
