摘要: La theorie du mecanostat postule l’existence d’un retrocontrole expliquant que l’os puisse s’adapter aux contraintes les plus importantes induites par la contraction musculaire et forces gravitaires exercees le poids corps. L’activite physique devient cependant moins efficace pour augmenter resistance osseuse apres puberte, temoin d’une sensibilite diminuee mecaniques. Les activites de type resistance, en condition gravitaire, sont capables reduire perte hanche rachis menopause. vibrations appliquees sur corps representent une nouvelle technique prometteuse dans prevention des fractures, puisqu’elles pourraient induire un benefice osseux l’equilibre chez sujets âges fragiles.
