摘要: Abstract Hierarchical copper oxide particles have attracted recent research interest, due to their structure, properties, and potential applications in catalysis, gas sensing, solar cells, biosensors, lithium ion batteries. In this study, we synthesized hierarchical (CuO/Cu 2 O) structures with various morphologies via electrically induced explosions of Cu wire a liquid. This method does not require surfactant or template can be completed at room temperature. process, particle size shape controlled by varying the energy supplied solution during explosion. Leaf-like, flower-like, rod were generated, composed needle-like building blocks, self-assembly Ostwald ripening. Particle structure morphology investigated using X-ray diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, field emission scanning microscopy. The resistance film prepared spin coating was measured. optical band gap determined ultraviolet/visible spectroscopy.
