摘要: Abstract The helical flows of second grade fluid between two infinite coaxial circular cylinders is considered. motion produced by the inner cylinder that at initial moment applies torsional and longitudinal constantly accelerated shear stresses to fluid. exact analytic solutions, obtained employing Laplace finite Hankel transforms presented in series form term usual Bessel functions first kind, satisfy both governing equations all imposed boundary conditions. In limiting case when α → 0, solutions for Newtonian are same motion. large-time transient also obtained, effect material parameter α kinematic viscosity ν discussed. last, effects various parameters interest on as well comparison fluids analyzed graphical illustrations.
