摘要: Abstract A casting film of a kind binuclear cobalt phthalocyanine-sulphonate (CoPc-CoPc) deposited on highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) substrate was studied by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) using Pt/Ir nanotip in air at 22 °C. Molecules CoPc-CoPc crystallized HOPG surface along one direction large scale. The asymmetrical I – V curves for the monolayer and double layer reveal rectifying behavior negative bias. rectification mechanism can be explained modification Aviram–Ratner model. electron transfer molecule only another is disfavored. electric resistance smaller than that layer, thus better layer. STM experiments have indicated asymmetry arises from material asymmetry.
