摘要: PRIMAGE is one of the largest and more ambitious research projects dealing with medical imaging, artificial intelligence cancer treatment in children. It a 4-year European Commission-financed project that has 16 partners consortium, including Society for Paediatric Oncology, two imaging biobanks, three prominent paediatric oncology units. The constructed as an observational silico study involving high-quality anonymised datasets (imaging, clinical, molecular, genetics) training validation machine learning multiscale algorithms. open cloud-based platform will offer precise clinical assistance phenotyping (diagnosis), allocation (prediction), patient endpoints (prognosis), based on use biomarkers, tumour growth simulation, advanced visualisation confidence scores, machine-learning approaches. decision support prototype be validated cancers: neuroblastoma diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma. External performed data recruited from independent collaborative centres. Final results available scientific community at end project, ready translation to other malignant solid tumours.
