摘要: The current invention provides methods and compositions for treating sensorineural hearing loss including but not limited to acute acoustic trauma (AAT). composition includes compounds which function as free radical traps such phenyl butyl nitrone (PBN), scavengers, edaravone, resveratrol, ebselen iron chelator from the family of antioxidant componds including, to, N-acetylcysteine (NAC), Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR), glutathione rnonoethylester, ebselen, D-methionine carbamathione. may be delivered by injections or orally.
